Income without worries
Rent is transferred via direct debit in advance on the 1st of each month. If this date falls on a holiday, you will receive payment on the business day before. For example: the Friday before a Sunday.

We go through the information you submitted, confirm the details and explain the next steps. If your property meets the requirements, we begin the process of matching it with a suitable tenant.
Step 3:We Present It to Companies
Your apartment is shared with companies actively looking for employee housing. If needed, we help coordinate viewings to make the process as simple and smooth as possible.
Step 4:Ready for Move-In
Once a match is made, we take care of the contract and onboarding process, ensuring the company client can move in comfortably and on time.
