For landlords
Letting to one company instead of many tenants: what it means for you as a landlord
Most landlords know the rounds of viewings, new contracts and payment reminders. With a company as your tenant, you have one counterparty instead of many. Here is what that means in practice.

One tenant, no matter who lives there
When you let the usual way, you choose the tenant, write the contract and do the follow-up. When the tenant moves out, you start again with an advert, viewings and a new contract. If you have several properties, you do this many times.
With HomeShare, your tenant is one company, not ten individuals. Contract and communication always go between HomeShare and you. The people who live in the property are our responsibility. You deal with one counterparty, whether you let one property or ten.
It suits private landlords who have a property standing empty and want a stable, predictable income with as little follow-up as possible. It also suits property investors with several units who want a professional, orderly counterparty instead of many individual tenants.
A natural question is who moves in. The tenants are employees of construction and industrial companies on a project, coordinated by HR departments and project managers. They are people who are in town to work on a project and need somewhere to live while the job lasts.
We vet the residents, set up the agreement and follow up the tenancy. We handle check-in with the people who live there, deal with whatever comes up along the way, and take care of check-out when the stay is over. You do not need to follow up residents, and you never chase payment.
Fixed rent, paid in advance
For most landlords, what matters most is that the rent arrives, and that it arrives on time. With us, the rent is set up on direct debit (avtalegiro) from day one and transferred in advance on the 1st of every month. If the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday, it arrives on the last working day before.
We do not charge fees either. You pay 0% in administration fees and there are no hidden costs. You keep the full rental income, and we take care of the contract and communication.
Our lease periods range from three months to five years, and the aim is a long-term partnership. When a tenant moves out, we try to place a new one as quickly as possible, so that your property stays occupied. You do not have to find the next tenant yourself, and you do not have to search on your own while the property stands empty. This is where the difference from ordinary letting shows most over time.
What you give up, and what you get
Letting to a company means giving up some control over who lives in the property from month to month. In return, you get one agreement, one contact and rent that arrives every month. For many landlords, that is a good trade.
It is also worth knowing that not every property is a fit. We assess each property against the needs of our corporate clients. If it fits, you will hear from us. If it does not fit now, it may fit later, when a new project needs housing in your area.
The landlords who already let through us describe the cooperation as orderly and simple. We have 4.9 out of 5 stars on Google, and you can read the reviews on the page for landlords.
If you want to try, start by telling us about the property. The form takes less than five minutes and is completely non-binding. You give the address, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, when the property is ready to move into, the rent you want and what is included. If you have an advert or photos, you can attach them.
Next, we assess the property. If it fits, we contact you and present it to relevant corporate clients. Once we have a match, we set up the contract, welcome the residents and follow up along the way. You give us the keys and the WiFi once, and we handle the rest of the setup.
Register your property once, and we will get in touch when we have a company that needs it.
